Villa Agostino Vico Equense B&B
Comfort, elegance, and a family atmosphere in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula
Villa Agostino is a historic late-19th-century residence that once belonged to Professor Agostino Savarese, son of Francesco Savarese, a distinguished naval engineer from Vico Equense. In 1934, Professor Agostino married Silvia. However, just a few months after their wedding, he suffered a sudden illness and passed away prematurely, leaving his young wife a widow after only six months of marriage.
Silvia never remarried and, upon her death, left the property to her nieces and nephews. Among them was Angelina, who felt a deep connection to the villa’s history and spirit and decided to restore it to its former splendour. With passion and care, Angelina restored every room, respecting the original structure and preserving the elegance of its late-19th-century architecture.
In 2024, Angelina inaugurates the B&B and chooses to name it Villa Agostino, in honor of her uncle, because every stone of this house continues to tell a family story.
